Be the voice that builds lasting customer relationships. astTECS is hiring a Customer Relationship Manager for its Domlur, Bengaluru office.
Key responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and explain products / services over inbound and outbound calls
- Conduct product demos and virtual presentations
- Follow up with customers after product discussions and demos
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Coordinate with sales and internal teams as required
Requirements
- 5–7 years in customer relationship management, customer handling, telecalling or similar roles
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi
- Good presentation and customer-handling skills
- Ability to explain products clearly and professionally
