Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to look around?
No. Openings and resources are open to everyone. You only need a free account to save openings, apply through Career Studio or keep resumes.
What does a free account include?
Saved openings, your applications in one place and a resume library with a tailored version for each kind of role. It does not enrol you in a mentoring group or a programme.
Who can see my resume?
Your resume library is private. When you apply through Career Studio, the employer receives the resume you chose for that application. External applications and optional builder sharing have their own sharing controls.
How do I join the community or find a mentor?
The community is being built in stages, and some parts will stay curated and invitation-led. Tell us where you fit through a career support enquiry, or a collaboration enquiry if you would like to mentor.
When do the career programmes start?
The weekly sessions and the From Classroom to Career workshop are proposed. Dates, venues and how to take part are not confirmed. You can ask about them.
Can my college, club or organisation work with Career Studio?
Yes. Send a collaboration or partnership enquiry. Employers who want to hire can post roles once we have checked the company.
